Sackett's Win!

March 21, 2012 - The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Mike and Chantell Sackett, of Priest Lake, Idaho, who were told by EPA - and by the Ninth Circuit - that they could not get direct court review of EPA's claim that their two-thirds of an acre parcel is "wetlands" and that they must obey a detailed and intrusive EPA "compliance" order, or be hit with fines of up to $75,000 per day.

THE GOVERNMENT WANTS YOUR LAND! WHY? A FORM OF CONTROL!

by Henry Lamb - - Why does the federal government own 65 percent of all the land west of Denver and less than 2 percent of the land east of Denver? Who cares?
Everyone should care. The federal government was not created to be the owner of the land; it was created expressly to get the “right of soil” out of the hands of a king – that is, out of the hands of government.
The sovereign right of the king to own, to tax and control the use of land led directly to the Declaration of Independence in 1776, and, after six years of bloody war, to the Treaty of Paris in 1783. This treaty was not with the federal government, which did not yet exist. The treaty was between the king of England and each of the enumerated states. The treaty specifically recognizes these states:
…to be free sovereign and independent states, that he [the king] treats with them as such, and for himself, his heirs, and successors, relinquishes all claims to the government, propriety, and territorial rights of the same and every part thereof.

Madeline Fortin Tells Her Story From South Florida

I live in a small community in Southeast Florida, on the eastern edge of Everglades National Park called the 8.5 Square Mile Area. The Army Corps of Engineers has been ordered by Congress to provide my community with a small flood protection canal. Instead of doing this, the Corps has decided to condemn and acquire 2/3 of the community at three times the cost of protecting the entire community.
In spite of Congressional direction, radical environmentalists hiding in state and federal government agencies have caused my community to be flooded unmercifully since 1994 in an effort to force people to become "willing sellers." So far, there has been at least $1 billion in flood related losses and 14 flood related deaths throughout the urban and agricultural areas of the county. The agricultural community in the southern part of the County is literally on its knees. Fifty-year-old avocado and mango groves are dead. To the government, these farmers are just more "willing sellers."
Flooding has destroyed my community's way of life. Over half the 55 miles of unpaved roads in the community are no longer passable to regular vehicles. Year after year, people have lost crops, orchards and livestock. The flooding is not a natural event-it has been engineered by the government agencies that are supposed to be "restoring the Everglades." As one man who was forced by the flooding to become a "willing seller" said at a public meeting, "You use water as a weapon of terror!" Another man told me just before he sold his home to the government, "They've slaughtered the American Dream."

More of Trying To Steal Our Land From Us!

Western Shoshone Indians are the descendants of an ancient widespread people whose name is "New" meaning "The People." The traditional Western Shoshone territory covered southern Idaho, the central part of Nevada, portions of northwestern Utah, and the Death Valley region of southern California. This vast land of mountains, valleys, deserts, rivers, and lakes offered an abundance of wildlife and plants for the Shoshone to hunt, fish, and gather. The Newe knew their lands and cared for its natural balance; for them it was a land of plenty.
The Western Shoshone have had their share of legal battles with the federal government over broken treaties. The Treaty of Ruby Valley in 1863, for instance, granted the tribe ownership of much of eastern Nevada. When, nearly a century later, the government agreed to pay $26 million in compensation, the tribe rejected the offer, insisting on a return of the land instead. For many of the Western Shoshone bands, cattle ranching has served as the main source of income during the 20th century. READ MORE -

Our current administration states that
America needs to take on the term and practice of "share the wealth". Most
Americans would agree that they give freely to those that are less fortunate
when they are able. The Administration feels the highest earners should be taxed
at a maximum to fund the poor who choose not to work. However, it is those high
earners who not only fund the current jobs in our country, but create new
ones.
Giving freely is called
charity, taking that choice away from people and making what and whom they give
to mandatory, by taxation or otherwise, is theft.
THE STORIES AROUND AMERICA!
DAVE DeLUCA - Whitehall, Ohio
Cancer surviving, decorated Vietnam Vet - He was targeted after the Service Director stopped outside his house one Sunday morning and told him the trellising he was attaching to a fence was against code enforcement. The man didn’t know who he was and became angry that this man was telling him what he was allowed to do with his property. There were heated words and the end result is that he was issued 4 different summonses regarding his property including ‘artificial flowers’ and things that were on his mostly concealed front porch which Walt Sural trespassed on to take photos and issue summonses. I have a code inspector...who has been consistently bugging me about painting a section of my house for quite awhile. Originally, I could not afford to paint the house so he wrote me a $120 ticket. I recently contracted someone to paint it, but after stripping the paint from the house and painting about 1/4 of it, he took the deposit and first installment and ran. The code inspector doesn't care that our money was stolen and... READ MORE - -> YOU THINK THIS JUST STARTED?
STEVE KOHN - HOLLYWOOD, FL AUGUST 26, 2010 To: F.A.C.E. OFF: We are avid admirers of your fight against corrupt code enforcement. We live in Hollywood and were cited and fined $250/day for keeping chickens, even though we are allowed to keep poultry under the city code. Anyway, today they filed a lien against our Florida Homestead. Of course it's unconstitutional, but they did it anyway. Do you know how to get rid of it? Thanks in advance, Steve Kohn READ MORE - - > |

Charlie and his brother started this small family business at their home collecting cans in the 80's. Since then, the operation has grown to a full recycling business with one of the most desired and sophisticated record keeping systems in the state of Florida. The first code enforcement visit occurred in 1994. In the past 16 years code enforcement has made several visits to the property. Each time code enforcement would show up the business would gladly bring their operation into compliance as directed. Property owner Charlie Griffis told me "We always try to stay in compliance and to comply." READ MORE - -> Rosa Koire is one smart Democratic woman -

The Destruction of Rural America!
![]() March 2, 2012 -- Environmentalists and government officials introduced wolves into Montana’s Yellowstone Park in January of 1995 and the “wolves” numbers have grown out of control. As a result elk and deer populations are being destroyed. During a speech on January 13, 2001 at Mammoth Hotel in West Yellowstone exactly six years and one day after helping release the first wolves into Yellowstone Park with Bozeman, Montana members of the terrorist organization, Earth First.
At this speech Interior Secretary, Bruce Babbitt (under the President Clinton Administration) bid farewell to a packed crowd. However, his visit was more than a farewell gesture. It was also a plea for ranchers to stop their campaign against wolves and other animals other than cattle that graze outside of the park. Babbitt stated to the crowd, “If ranchers know what’s good for them, they won’t try to force wolves and bison from public land where cattle also graze; because that’s a battle they can’t win. The American public won’t stand for it and if the beef industry forces a confrontation, it will lose.” He also said the farmers and ranchers should respect the importance of maintaining a natural ecosystem where wild animals are allowed to roam free.
