StemExpress, a biomedical company engulfed in the scandal surrounding allegations that Planned Parenthood is selling fetal organs, is cutting ties with the nation’s largest abortion provider, according to a report by Politico.
Politico reports that StemExpress “notified Planned Parenthood and Congress Friday of its decision to end the relationship.” StemExpress and Planned Parenthood face questions from lawmakers about the financial nature of their relationship after undercover videos were released by the Center for Medical Progress depicting senior executives at the organization describing the sale of fetal organs. The three states that recently denied taxpayers’ money to Planned Parenthood affiliates likely will be followed by others as public pressure mounts on governors and other state officials, regardless of whether Congress votes to defund the nation’s leading abortion provider.

StemExpress, a biomedical company that has admitted to working with Planned Parenthood in California in the retrieval of body parts and organs of aborted babies, has said it will cut its ties with the nation’s largest abortion provider.
In the wake of undercover investigative videos showing Planned Parenthood top medical personnel discussing the harvesting of body parts of aborted babies for potential sale to StemExpress and other companies, StemExpress has become entangled in what could be Planned Parenthood’s illegal trafficking of fetal tissue and organs, reports Politico.
As Breitbart News reported on Thursday, the Superior Court of the State of California ruled that StemExpress has no right to access the journalistic materials of the video producer Center for Medical Progress (CMP), which were used to expose Planned Parenthood’s practices of harvesting baby organs for potential sale.
StemExpress attempted to block the release of several documents posted on the CMP website, including a price list for baby parts.
Both the House Energy and Commerce committee and the Senate Judiciary committee have asked StemExpress to explain its practices and relationship with Planned Parenthood.
The founder and CEO of StemExpress, Cate Dyer, is also the sister of Charlotte Ivancic, the health policy director of House Speaker Rep. John Boehner (R-OH)

Planned Parenthood desperately wants to
keep the truth invisible to the public
They are trying to get the News media to not broadcast footage from the video. The Truth Revolt got hold of one of their letters to a TV station in their post, “Planned Parenthood Tries To Silence Undercover Videos By Sending Threatening Letters To TV Stations.” They claim that the footage is illegal and thus it is illegal to air it. Even if the video was illegal (which I doubt), that does not change the fact that, under the First Amendment, the media cannot be stopped from publishing real news. Basically, Planned Parenthood is pretending that they are a government lacking a First Amendment. They have the right to stop the press from paying attention to whistleblowers.
That the government is now targeting the person who orchestrated the sting operation is bad enough. These threatening letters are an outrage that also demonstrates how much Planned Parenthood is afraid of the truth.
And what truth are they afraid of?
The footage yet to come is expected to represent an extreme violation of patient privacy by including footage of post-abortion fetal tissue neither patients nor health care professionals authorized be filmed.

Kansas State Supreme CourtThe charges are still in place, yet due to the advocacy of Planned Parenthood’s friends on the Supreme Court in Kansas; this case has been delayed and stalled. Instead, the Disciplinary Administrator of the Kansas Supreme Court has gone after Phill Kline, accusing him of ethical violations.
Instead of going after the criminal activity of Planned Parenthood, they have investigated, harassed, and publicly maligned the prosecutor who presented evidence of criminal activity inside Planned Parenthood before a judge. Probable Cause that crimes had been committed must be established by the judgment of a judge before a prosecutor can formally press charges. Judge Vano reviewed the evidence and signed off on criminal charges. Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid Missouri was charged in October 2007. Every time that Phill Kline was summoned before the Supreme Court of Kansas and scrutinized, it was determined that he was innocent and that he was standing firm on the law and its proper application. |
